This may be the best warm drink for you to enjoy this autumn season: a Fall Spice Latte! With delicious hints of pumpkin and cinnamon, this heart warming coffee is sure to brighten a cold dreary afternoon. No espresso coffee maker required!

Fall Spiced Latte Recipe:

1 cup Turkish coffee or espresso (4 teaspoons of coffee, 1 cup water) (Turkish coffee: https://amzn.to/3fMtLFq )

1 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Topping:

4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon powdered sugar

Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top

We are a family owned farm and homestead in Plano, Illinois and all eight of us work together to keep this dream of ours running strong. Team work makes the dream work, right! In our household God comes first but family is a VERY close second. Time together as a family has always been a priority for us and when we chose the homesteading life we knew that this journey would require all-hands-on-deck. We have the opportunity to work side-by-side every day. We sweat, shiver, laugh, cry, get frustrated, celebrate…all together!

We believe that we are here for a reason. We are where we are doing what we do for a reason. We are called to be light wherever we go and we want to be that light in our community.
